AltCoinTrader/xZAR is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Custody of xZAR

Once the xZAR token has been withdrawn or is no longer in the custody of AltCoinTrader/xZAR the onus for safe keeping is totally on the token holder! In the event the token owner or holder loses their device, wallet, private keys, passwords,12 or 24 mnemonic phrase words or in anyway loses access to the xZAR tokens those funds shall be considered lost. Like any crypto currency if you lose access to the crypto currency then you have lost the crypto currency!

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between AltCoinTrader/xZAR and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the law of the land in the event of legal action
